The city of Ohrid is often called the Balkan Pearl or the Jerusalem on the Balkans. It is the biggest city on the Lake of Ohrid, one of the deepest and clearest lakes in the world. With its medieval churches, monasteries and distinctive old architecture, it is the perfect destination for the curious modern tourist who wants to get the feel of the past in the old town. Opposite to this is the new and modern city, with vibrant night life and spectacular summer parties at the many beach bars and clubs. Our very own bars Liquid and Objectif, part of the Su Holding family, are among the central night life spots in the city.

The city and lake of Ohrid were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979 and 1980, respectively.
